Love My Coat

I am 70 years young, live in Minnesota and need a very warm coat. This year I decided to find a stylish one and to not look dowdy. I researched "puffer" coats, a term I had to learn about, and found this one. It has attractive details like covered, double breasted buttons and stitching on the back to give it some shape. To my surprise, the color was excellent, not navy so much as slate blue and it fit snugly to my 5'4' , 165 pound ample frame. I bought a size large despite the on line reviews and measurements as I did not want to drown in the coat and will not wear it with a heavy sweater. The length is good and the bottom of the hem meets with the top of my winter boots. I especially appreciate the tight wrist material to ward off cold air on my arms. I like the puffy collar which stands up and keeps cold air off my neck. The hood is pretty, but not very functional as it cannot be tightened to resist wind. I recommend Orolay redesign the hood to be cinched. A blast of winter air just blows the hood off. Otherwise, I am quite pleased.

Warm and stylish

Lovely and warm. I appreciate the length down to the calves. I gave the coat to my daughter to keep her warm during windy winter Toronto weather. She is a large chested woman and was able to zip coat completely. I bought size 2x.

So so glad I chose this coat!!

I was trying to decide on long down coats but the lands end one was about $200 and that was way too much for me and it had a super long shipping date. I was looking at a $70 one but that one would not have arrived on time either. I finally caved and went with this one and I couldnt be happier I did! It arrived within 2 days (plenty of time for the ice hockey tournament I had to cover) and it is so much better than I had expected! Super warm and way cuter than the other brands I had seen! Very well made and the packaging was great too! Arms run a bit slimmer than youd think in comparison to the body but I still had plenty of room for layering! Im 58 160 ish and usually 4-6 on top and 6-8 on bottom and I ordered a large.
