Super warm

Really warm and fits well, although not with a bulky sweater underneath. Depending on the weather, however, you may not even need that. It’s a great coat.

Great Coat-But I Don't Understand Why A Coat Sold as a Men's Jacket has the Zipper on the Left Side

I love most things about this coat except one that I am struggling with. Yes, I understand that left or right opening Zippers is ultimately a personal choice, but at my age, 67 years of zipping open and closed men's coats with zippers on the right is the norm. This left-sided zipper drives me crazy. Again, I realize the right-men's/left-women's button/zipper/wait-closure thing is merely a tradition that probably has its roots in all sorts of negative things like sexism, considering "lefties" to be somehow lesser or weaker, and the like. I realize, too, that women have probably had more difficulty more often than men when it comes to which side the zipper is on. But please, Orolay, if you;re going to market this as a "men's jacket" you shouldthen specify that it is "left-opening" or simply sell it as "unisex-left opening" rather than men's or women's. I'll keep trying to get used to zipping it closed the opposite way from a lifetime of habit because I think it's a great jacket. But in the end I may have to give up trying. The return window is fast closing in on me, and the serious winter isn't here yet.
