Return and exchange requirements

Orolay takes the quality of all the products we sell and hopes that you are satisfied with your equipment. Our products are fully guaranteed in material and workmanship.

We have our warehouse in United Kingdom, United States, Japan, and Canada, if you are not satisfied with our products, you could return it to our warehouse.
It will be free for return for quality problem, and for other situation, you should pay for the shipping fee.

  • online purchase of goods can be returned within 30 days after purchase.
  • you must have the original receipt or packing list to complete the return.
  •  items must be unused and without washing, tags intact.
  • please fill out the return information and put it in you to return the parcel.
  • please keep tracking number for your records
