Return and exchange requirements

Orolay takes the quality of all the products we sell and hopes that you are satisfied with your equipment. Our products are fully guaranteed in material and workmanship.

If you are not satisfied with the products purchased from orolay, you can contact the customer service center of [email protected] via email to return the products as follows:

  • online purchase of goods can be returned within 30 days after purchase.
  • you must have the original receipt or packing list to complete the return.
  •  items must be unused and without washing, tags intact.
  • please fill out the return information and put it in you to return the parcel.
  • please keep tracking number for your records
