Knee Length Thickened Down Jacket

I bought this coat for travel. The temperature was (- 14 C ) I felt like a queen in this coat and received many compliments. I made a mistake with the size. Instead of XL I should have bought size L

I really like this coat. It's warm, comfortable, and highly visible in yellow (perfect for long walks so can be seen crossing roads from far away). However, I'm disappointed on the liner quality since it came apart at the seams and frayed by both wrists within just a couple of months. If I could return it for a replacement, I would give the quality a 2nd chance. I'm now adding to this review and changing my initial rating because Orolay contacted me and replaced the coat free of charge even though it was past the return date. That is great customer service and very much appreciated. I hope the replacement lasts because I really do love this coat for safer walks both in the city and in the country.

I got so tired of being cold at baseball games and the bus stop, and of wearing the same old black coat. I bought this in red, and it's easily the best thing I bought all last year. I get so many compliments every where I go. I've even taken it off in stores for others to try it on. Once even our server at a restaurant. It's warm enough for PNW winter, so wet and cold but not necessarily below freezing. After months of daily wear, I washed it in the machine on delicate and then dried with wool dryer balls. It came out great and fluffed back up nicely. If only it came in our baseball team's color! (Dark green, Orolay, in case you're reading this. )

It's so warm and so nice and long. I bought it for a playoff football game and was outside in 20 degree weather for about 8 hours and was perfectly warm. The bottom zippers are helpful if you need more room for your legs to maneuver (e. g. , when getting in the car)
