Returns
If the return or exchange is caused by our problem, the item can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Otherwise, customers have to pay for the return by themselves. Before return, please make sure the item(s) meet the return conditions:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Original tags still attached
- In the original packaging
There will be no refund for any merchandise that was used or not returned in its original packaging & condition. If items get damaged during transit, we will not be held responsible.
Note: If the return or replacement is not caused by quality problems, the buyer shall bear the return freight.

Lost in transit
Once a package is marked as "delivered", our customers have 30 days window to contact us if they have not received their package. After this time frame, we will not be responsible for any lost in transit items.
