Does not keep you warm. Great customer service.

Below was the original review I wrote for my coat after being disappointed with my jacket. Upon seeing it, Orolay reached out to me and mentioned that no matter if the return prior had passed, they didn't want their customers to be unhappy with the product. And if I didn't want the item I could return it for a refund. I returned it and they promptly refunded me for it. I'm quite happy with the customer service of Orolay. And I would definitely return to check out their other products in the future!The primary purpose of a "Winter Coat" for me is to keep me warm. Being fashionable, having umpteen pockets, etc are all good bonuses to have. This jacket however, fails miserably in its primary purpose. It states that it is a "down jacket". However I have thin fleece jackets that keep me warmer. This has been a disappointment, and I use this only in the fall when it is slightly crisp outside. It looks weird as it is thick and supposedly a winter jacket. . . Its outside the return window so I can't return it either :(. . . .

Great coat

I bought this for my teenage son. He normally wears an XL but we needed to size up. My daughter and I have Orolay coats because they have duck feathers and very warm for our Chicago winters.

Zipper Problem

Hard to get the double zippers to zip when wearing the coat and easier to zip the double zippers when not having the coat on. Been using the snaps instead.

Appearance

This coat is a size large which fits great,it's comfortable and looks great. However the first coat I purchased was a size medium ( which is my size ) but it was very tight and very uncomfortable , so I am returning it. So beware if you are a size medium get a size large .
