Warm and adjustable fit

I just received this coat today. I have the other Oralay coat with the tassels and this one is a little lighter and feels like it might be more water resistant. It's not an advertised feature, so I can't say for sure. This coat has a different aesthetic, with a longer back, almost like a hi-lo dress. The best thing is that it has double snaps down the side so you can make it more or less fitted through the body and to the bottom. I used the more snug line of snaps because it looked more fitted and suited me better. I weigh 170 and I'm 5'4”. I have an athletic build. I usually wear a 10 or 12 in clothing and I bought large in the coat. Fit is great.

Absolutely gorgeous!

For being lightweight, this packs in so much warmth. Not heat where you're uncomfortable. But actual, breathable warmth. The material is thick and durable. A pull test at the stitch lines showed no gapping which is a sign of quality stitch work. I've seen jackets of similar material at Eddie Bauer and Columbia for 2-3x more but were bulky and didn't have this style. I love that it makes me look put together and not like a I'm wearing a potato sack. The versatile look with the high-low style alone with the snap button closures on the sides gives this jacket looks that can range from dressy or casual. I could throw on a long sleeve, sweats and and my Birkenstock slides and still look well put together. I highly recommend this jacket and brand due to the quality, styling, and pricing.
